I am reading your blog about your son who wears hearing aids and I cry. My daughter – born December 15 2011 needs them too and I am so devestated. She is our first (and last because I cannot go through with this again) and I look at her and feel sadness…what will her future be like? What do I say to her when she asks “why me mom?”…will she be teased?…will she have friends?…will she drive, go to dances, have boyfriends?
I know that we were never promised a perfect life…but can you please share with me your experience so that I can feel like someone knows what I am going through?
